THANKSGIVING MENU
MENU FOR WEDNESDAY NOVEMBER 23RD

 
ENTRÉE:
1. Biehl farm raised roasted turkey (1 ½ lbs white and dark meat, approx. 4 servings) $36
2. Vegetarian quiche (approx. 6 servings) $18
3. Sausage and potato quiche (approx. 6 servings) $18

SIDES: Approximately 4 servings.
1. Mashed potatoes (GF) $12
2. Herbed Gravy (1 quart) $12
3. Glazed sweet potatoes (GF) $12
4. Classic bread stuffing $18
5. Green beans with almonds (GF) $12
6. Homemade green bean casserole topped with fried onions $16
7. Mixed roasted vegetables $23
7. Cranberry orange relish (1 cup) $8
 
SALADS: Approximately 4 servings.
1.  Mixed green salad with roasted butternut squash, onions, dried cranberries, Marcona almonds, goat cheese with a
    creamy maple vinaigrette (GF) $20
2. Kale salad with quinoa, sunflower seeds, parmesan cheese and golden raisins in a red wine vinaigrette (GF) $20
 
DESSERTS:
1. Classic pumpkin pie (9 inch round) $16
2. Pecan rum tart (9 inch round) $18
3. Classic cheesecake (half of 9” spring form pan, approx. 6 servings) $16
 
BREADS:
Pumpkin bread (approx. 10 slices) $12
Cranberry walnut bread (approx. 10 slices) $12

1. Spinach artichoke dip (bake at home) with bread $30
2. Brie wheel with cherries and pecans in puff pastry (bake at home) with crackers $30

-All items (except were specified) are fully cooked and chilled. Heating instructions below.

·         EMAIL US YOUR ORDER BY 2 PM ON THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 17TH.
·         PROVIDE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS.
·         DELIVERY DAY OF WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 23RD.
·         DELIVERIES WILL BE MADE TO FRONT PORCHES BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 3-6 PM.

REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS
 
Microwave directions:
-Items can be transferred to a microwave safe container (if necessary), covered, and reheated 1 minute intervals
​  until heated through. Most items will be heated within 2-5 minutes. Dense items like potatoes and stuffing should 
​  be periodically stirred for even heating.
 
Oven directions:
-items can be transferred to an oven safe container (if necessary), covered with foil, then reheated in a 350 degree
  oven until heated through. Most items will be heated within 15-30 minutes. Dense items like potatoes should be
  periodically stirred for even heating. 
 - Turkey – reheat, covered, in a 350 degree oven for approximately 15 minutes.
 -Quiche – reheat, 350 degree oven for 15 minutes until hot.
 -Mashed potatoes – reheat, covered, 350 degree oven for 30 minutes until hot, stirring half way through.
 -Glazed sweet potatoes - reheat, uncovered, 350 degree oven for 30 minutes until hot.
 - Green beans – transfer to microwave safe container, microwave in intervals of 1 minute until hot.
 -Green bean casserole – reheat, uncovered in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes until hot.
 -Mixed roasted vegetables – refresh, uncovered, in a 350 degree oven for 5 to 10 minutes
 -Sage bread stuffing – reheat, covered, 350 degree oven for 30 minutes until hot, stirring half way through.
 -Gravy – transfer to a pot and reheat on the stove until hot.
 - Rolls - remove plastic lid, cover with foil, bake 350 degree oven 8 to 10 minutes until warm.
 -Spinach artichoke dip –  remove plastic lid , bake uncovered 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes or until
  hot  and bubbly.
 -Brie wheel – remove plastic lid, bake uncovered in a 375 degree oven for 30 – 40 minutes until brown, let rest
  approximately 20 minutes before serving.
