MENU FOR EASTER WEEK
​WEDNESDAY APRIL 5TH AND/OR SATURDAY APRIL 8TH

ENTREES: 
1. Vegetarian quiche (broccoli, red pepper, spinach) (GF) (serves 6) $18
2. Meat lovers quiche (sausage, ham, and bacon) (serves 6) $20
3. Pan seared white fish with lemon caper cream sauce (4 servings) $32
4. Spinach artichoke chicken (4, 5oz chicken breasts)  $34
5. Mustard glazed pork tenderloin (GF) $30
  
SIDES:  Approximately 4 servings each.
1. Potatoes Dauphinoise $16
2. Orzo salad with mixed roasted veg $20

SOUPS AND SALADS: Approximately 4 servings
1. Split pea with ham $24
2. Spinach salad with strawberries, almonds and poppyseed dressing $20

·         EMAIL US YOUR ORDER BY 2 PM ON MONDAY, APRIL 3RD.
·         PROVIDE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS.
·         DELIVERY DAY OF WEDNESDAY, APRIL 5TH DELIVERED BETWEEN 4-6 PM AND/OR SATURDAY, APRIL 8TH     
​          BETWEEN 3-5 PM.
·         DELIVERIES WILL BE MADE TO FRONT PORCHES.

                                                                                 Reheating instructions
 
 Microwave:
-Items can be transferred to a microwave safe container (if necessary), covered, and reheat in 30 second intervals until heated through. Most items will be heated within 2-5 minutes. Dense items like mashed potatoes and beef should be periodically stirred for even heating.

 Oven:
-items can be transferred to an oven safe container (if necessary), covered with foil, reheat in a 350 degree oven until heated through. Most items will be heated within 15-30 minutes. Dense items like mashed potatoes and beef should be periodically stirred for even heating. 
 
​-Potatoes dauphinoise - reheat, covered, in a 350 degree 20 minutes, then uncover and heat an additional 5 to 10
  minutes until bubbly.

-chicken strips are best reheated in a single layer, uncovered, in a 350 degree oven for approximately 10 minutes until heated through.
 
-Bread, directly on oven rack 350 degree for approximately 8 to 10 minutes.
 
-Bake at home Sliders – bake covered in a 350 degree oven for 30 – 45 minutes. 

-Bake at home Black bean triangles / spinach pies - bake in single layer in a 375 degree oven for 15 minutes.

-Bake-Spinach artichoke dip – top with pecans, bake uncovered 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes or until hot
  and bubbly.

-Quiche – reheat, 350 degree oven for 15 minutes until hot.
 
-Scones - refresh, uncovered, in 350 degree oven for 5 to 8 minutes until warmed.
