THANKSGIVING MENU
MENU FOR WEDNESDAY NOVEMBER 27th

Home delivery Wednesday, November 27th
 


IF YOU ARE A NEW CUSTOMER, WELCOME!  BELOW IS OUR ORDERING PROCEDURE:
·         PLACE ORDER BY 6 PM ON WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 20TH.
·         DELIVERY DAY OF WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 27th.
·         PICKUP IS AVAILABLE WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 27th BETWEEN 2:00-3:00

·         DELIVERIES WILL BE MADE TO FRONT PORCHES BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 4-6 PM.

REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS
 
Microwave directions:
-Items can be transferred to a microwave safe container (if necessary), covered, and reheated 1 minute intervals
​  until heated through. Most items will be heated within 2-5 minutes. Dense items like potatoes and stuffing should 
​  be periodically stirred for even heating.
 
Oven directions:
-items can be transferred to an oven safe container (if necessary), covered with foil, then reheated in a 350 degree
  oven until heated through. Most items will be heated within 15-30 minutes. Dense items like potatoes should be
  periodically stirred for even heating. 
 - Turkey – reheat, covered, in a 350 degree oven for approximately 15 minutes.
 -Quiche – reheat, 350 degree oven for 15 minutes until hot.
 -Mashed potatoes – reheat, covered, 350 degree oven for 30 minutes until hot, stirring half way through.
 -Glazed sweet potatoes - reheat, uncovered, 350 degree oven for 30 minutes until hot.
 - Green beans – transfer to microwave safe container, microwave in intervals of 1 minute until hot.
 -Mixed roasted vegetables – refresh, uncovered, in a 350 degree oven for 5 to 10 minutes
 -Sage bread stuffing – reheat, covered, 350 degree oven for 30 minutes until hot, stirring half way through.
 -Gravy – transfer to a pot and reheat on the stove until hot.
 - Rolls - remove plastic lid, cover with foil, bake 350 degree oven 8 to 10 minutes until warm.
 -Spinach artichoke dip –  remove plastic lid , bake uncovered 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes or until
  hot  and bubbly.
 -Brie wheel – remove plastic lid, bake uncovered in a 375 degree oven for 30 – 40 minutes until brown, let rest
  approximately 20 minutes before serving.
