MENU FOR WEDNESDAY AUGUST 10TH


ENTREES:
1. Spinach artichoke chicken (4, 5oz chicken breasts) $30
2. Grilled chili garlic flank steak with avocado butter (4, 4oz servings) $30
3. Herb stuffed rolled pork loin (GF) (serves 4) $30
4. Shrimp fra diavolo: spicy tomato/white wine sauce with herbs (GF) (serves 4) $30
5. Summer squash, leek, spinach and parmesan gratin (9 inch round) $14
  
SIDES:  Approximately 4 servings each. $12
1. Angel hair pasta with garlic and olive oil
2. Wild rice blend with chopped kale (GF)
3. Maple glazed roasted carrots (GF)
4. Roasted broccoli (GF)

SALADS: Approximately 4 servings
1. Mixed green salad with roasted butternut squash, onions, dried cranberries, marcona almonds, goat
    cheese with a creamy maple vinaigrette $16
2. Apple/Pear salad (Mixed greens with sliced fresh apples and pears, red onion, blue cheese, dried
     cranberries and toasted walnuts)(GF) $16
 
PROTEIN OPTIONS: Minimum order of 2 servings per option

2. Chicken salad or Tuna salad (GF) (approximately 4 servings) $20
3. Wild rice salad (wild rice with celery, green onion, peas and slivered almonds in a soy vinaigrette) (approx. 4 servings) $16

·         EMAIL US YOUR ORDER BY 2 PM ON MONDAY, AUGUST 8TH.
·         PROVIDE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS.
·         DELIVERY DAY OF WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 10TH.
·         DELIVERIES WILL BE MADE TO FRONT PORCHES BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 4-6 PM.

                                                                                 Reheating instructions
 
 Microwave:
-Items can be transferred to a microwave safe container (if necessary), covered, and reheat in 30 second intervals until heated through. Most items will be heated within 2-5 minutes. Dense items like mashed potatoes and beef should be periodically stirred for even heating.

 Oven:
-items can be transferred to an oven safe container (if necessary), covered with foil, reheat in a 350 degree oven until heated through. Most items will be heated within 15-30 minutes. Dense items like mashed potatoes and beef should be periodically stirred for even heating. 
 
​-Potatoes dauphinoise - reheat, covered, in a 350 degree 20 minutes, then uncover and heat an additional 5 to 10
  minutes until bubbly.

-chicken strips are best reheated in a single layer, uncovered, in a 350 degree oven for approximately 10 minutes until heated through.
 
-Bread, directly on oven rack 350 degree for approximately 8 to 10 minutes.
 
-Bake at home Sliders – bake covered in a 350 degree oven for 30 – 45 minutes. 

-Bake at home Black bean triangles / spinach pies - bake in single layer in a 375 degree oven for 15 minutes.

-Bake-Spinach artichoke dip – top with pecans, bake uncovered 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes or until hot
  and bubbly.

-Quiche – reheat, 350 degree oven for 15 minutes until hot.
 
-Scones - refresh, uncovered, in 350 degree oven for 5 to 8 minutes until warmed.
