MENU FOR WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 4TH


ENTREES:
1. Chicken pot pie (9 inch round serves 4) $30
2. Herbed red wine marinated beef kebabs with tzatziki sauce (4, 5 oz servings) $38
3. Blackened salmon (GF) (4, 5 oz servings) $36
4. Veggie lasagna with marinara sauce (4 servings) $30
  
SIDES:  Approximately 4 servings each. $12

SOUP AND SALADS: Approximately 4 servings
1. Butternut squash soup (GF) (VEG) $20
2. Strawberry salad (romaine, spinach, red onion, toasted pecans with poppy seed dressing (GF) $20
3. Maple roasted carrot salad (romaine, mixed greens, carrots, cranberries, goat cheese and marcona almonds with a
    classic vinaigrette) $20
 
PROTEIN OPTIONS: Minimum order of 2 servings per option
1. Grilled chicken per serving $8.50

 BREADS:
1. Iced lemon loaf (Each loaf yields approximately 10 slices) $12

·         EMAIL US YOUR ORDER BY 2 PM ON MONDAY,  OCTOBER 2ND.
·         PROVIDE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS.
·         DELIVERY DAY OF WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 4TH.
·         DELIVERIES WILL BE MADE TO FRONT PORCHES BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 4-6 PM.

                                                                                 Reheating instructions
 
 Microwave:
-Items can be transferred to a microwave safe container (if necessary), covered, and reheat in 30 second intervals until heated through. Most items will be heated within 2-5 minutes. Dense items like mashed potatoes and beef should be periodically stirred for even heating.

 Oven:
-items can be transferred to an oven safe container (if necessary), covered with foil, reheat in a 350 degree oven until heated through. Most items will be heated within 15-30 minutes. Dense items like mashed potatoes and beef should be periodically stirred for even heating. 
 
​-Potatoes dauphinoise - reheat, covered, in a 350 degree 20 minutes, then uncover and heat an additional 5 to 10
  minutes until bubbly.

-chicken strips are best reheated in a single layer, uncovered, in a 350 degree oven for approximately 10 minutes until heated through.
 
-Bread, directly on oven rack 350 degree for approximately 8 to 10 minutes.
 
-Bake at home Sliders – bake covered in a 350 degree oven for 30 – 45 minutes. 

-Bake at home Black bean triangles / spinach pies - bake in single layer in a 375 degree oven for 15 minutes.

-Bake-Spinach artichoke dip – top with pecans, bake uncovered 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes or until hot
  and bubbly.

-Quiche – reheat, 350 degree oven for 15 minutes until hot.
 
-Scones - refresh, uncovered, in 350 degree oven for 5 to 8 minutes until warmed.
