MENU FOR WEDNESDAY, MARCH 29TH

ENTREES: 
1. Chicken picatta (4, 5oz chicken breasts in a lemon sauce) $34
2. Beer braised Italian sausage with sautéed peppers/onions (serves 4) $24
3. Baked lemon cod with crumb topping (serves 4) $30
4. Quinoa, apple, cranberry, pecan stuffed acorn squash (GF) (4 halves) $28
 
SIDES:  Approximately 4 servings each.
1. Wild rice blend with chopped kale (GF) $12
2. Roasted Yukon potatoes with lemon and fresh herbs (GF) $12
3. Green beans with roasted onion vinaigrette (GF) $12
4. Ratatouille (egg plant, tomatoes, zucchini, peppers, onions and fresh herbs, garnished with parmesan cheese (VEG) $24

SOUPS AND SALADS: (approximately 4 servings)
1. Lentil soup $20
2. Mixed green salad with roasted butternut squash, onions, dried cranberries, marcona almonds, goat cheese
    with a creamy maple vinaigrette (approx. 4 servings) $20
3. Chopped antipasto salad (ham, salami and provolone cheese) with red wine vinaigrette (GF) $20

PROTEIN OPTIONS: Minimum order of 2 servings per option
1. Grilled chicken per serving $8.50
2. Grilled shrimp 5 per serving $8.75
3. Grilled salmon per serving $10.25
 
DESSERTS: (order cookies and bars in sleeves of 6) ($12 each sleeve)

ADDITIONAL ITEMS:
1. Chicken divan casserole (sliced chicken and broccoli in white wine cream sauce with a parmesan bread crumb

·         EMAIL US YOUR ORDER BY 2 PM ON MONDAY, MARCH 27TH.
·         PROVIDE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS.
·         DELIVERY DAY OF WEDNESDAY, MARCH 29TH.
·         DELIVERIES WILL BE MADE TO FRONT PORCHES BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 4-6 PM.

                                                                                 Reheating instructions
 
 Microwave:
-Items can be transferred to a microwave safe container (if necessary), covered, and reheat in 30 second intervals until heated through. Most items will be heated within 2-5 minutes. Dense items like mashed potatoes and beef should be periodically stirred for even heating.

 Oven:
-items can be transferred to an oven safe container (if necessary), covered with foil, reheat in a 350 degree oven until heated through. Most items will be heated within 15-30 minutes. Dense items like mashed potatoes and beef should be periodically stirred for even heating. 
 
​-Potatoes dauphinoise - reheat, covered, in a 350 degree 20 minutes, then uncover and heat an additional 5 to 10
  minutes until bubbly.

-chicken strips are best reheated in a single layer, uncovered, in a 350 degree oven for approximately 10 minutes until heated through.
 
-Bread, directly on oven rack 350 degree for approximately 8 to 10 minutes.
 
-Bake at home Sliders – bake covered in a 350 degree oven for 30 – 45 minutes. 

-Bake at home Black bean triangles / spinach pies - bake in single layer in a 375 degree oven for 15 minutes.

-Bake-Spinach artichoke dip – top with pecans, bake uncovered 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes or until hot
  and bubbly.

-Quiche – reheat, 350 degree oven for 15 minutes until hot.
 
-Scones - refresh, uncovered, in 350 degree oven for 5 to 8 minutes until warmed.
